Fantasy Bull Riding is an online fantasy sports platform where users can:

• Create and join fantasy leagues based on Professional Bull Riders (PBR) competitions
• Draft virtual teams of real bull riders
• Compete against other users in leagues for entertainment purposes
• Track performance and view leaderboards
• Participate in our referral program

Important: Our platform is for entertainment purposes only. No cash prizes are awarded.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

While we do not award cash prizes, you must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• Multiple accounts are permitted (each requires separate subscription)
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Prohibited Users

You may not use our services if you:

• Have been previously suspended or banned from our platform
• Are located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports are prohibited
• Cannot form legally binding contracts

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Tier: Limited to 1 private league and 1 public league
• Premium Subscription: $60/year for unlimited leagues and premium features

4.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

• Refund Window: Full refund available before your first draft participation OR subscription renewal
• No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial subscription periods after use begins
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; service continues until subscription expires

5. Platform Rules and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use inappropriate, offensive, or derogatory display names or content

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our platform security
• Use automated tools or bots to access our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any form of cheating or manipulation

5.2 Content Standards

• User-Generated Content: You are responsible for all content you create (league names, profiles, etc.)
• Prohibited Content: No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Moderation: We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms
• Reporting: Users can report inappropriate behavior through our feedback system

5.3 Fair Play

• All users must compete fairly and honestly
• Collusion or coordinated play between accounts is discouraged but not prohibited
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity
• Multiple accounts are allowed but each requires separate subscription

6. Referral Program

6.1 Program Terms

• Referral Reward: $5 credit toward next season subscription for each successful referral
• Eligibility: Credit applied when referred user subscribes to premium
• Credit Limits: Credits up to $60 can cover full annual subscription
• Excess Credits: Credits over $60 may be applied to merchandise or future subscriptions
• Expiration: Referral credits expire after 2 years if unused

6.2 Program Rules

• Referral codes are unique to each user account
• Self-referrals and fake accounts are prohibited
• We reserve the right to audit and adjust referral credits
• Program terms may change with notice to existing participants

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

• All platform content, design, and functionality are owned by Fantasy Bull Riding LLC
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Our trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property

7.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (league names, profiles, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content to operate our platform
• You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights

7.3 Third-Party Content

• Professional Bull Riders (PBR) data and statistics are used under fair use
• Bull rider images are placeholder images only to avoid licensing issues
• We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Gambling

• Entertainment Only: Our platform is for entertainment purposes only
• No Cash Prizes: No monetary prizes or cash rewards are awarded
• Promotional Rewards: Referral credits and potential merchandise rewards have no cash value
• Compliance: We comply with applicable laws by not offering gambling services

• No refunds for remaining subscription periods after violation-based termination
